The Dubai Bar

By now, everyone has heard about the Dubai Bar that has become a viral online sensation.  Laura takes the Dubai Bar to a new level by combining the kunafa pistachio filling with her ultra smooth and creamy milk chocolate.  The bar is cast in a square mold that is divisible into four pieces and is thicker than her traditional bars permitting a larger volume of filling.  Each bar is handpainted in green and white cocoa butter using her signature paint splatter technique.

The filling incorporates delicate strands of golden kataifi pastry in a luscious pistachio cream, creating a filling that’s rich, nutty, and irresistibly smooth. The crisp kataifi adds a subtle crunch, while the pistachios bring a naturally vibrant, buttery flavour. Inspired by the classic Middle Eastern dessert, this filling transforms every bite into a moment of indulgence—fragrant, decadent, and unforgettable.
