Laura strives to create the perfect chocolate experience and each order goes through rigorous quality control before being released for shipping.  However, due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on chocolate.  While we are not responsible for items damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hour of receipt should your order arrive in damaged condition.
