Lestat Black Garlic Dark Chocolate Bar

They said it couldn't be done. Pairing chocolate with garlic is no easy feat but after extensive recipe development we brought dark chocolate together with black garlic infused caramel to create Lestat.  Named after the famous vampire Lestat de Lioncourt for his imperviousness to garlic.  It only takes one bite to fall in love with this bar.
